The breakfast:

Exclusively continental breakfast, it consists of breads and an assortment of mini-viennoiseries, homemade or local jams and pressed fruit juices such as orange, grapefruit or pineapple depending on the season. We accompany it with a plate of exotic fresh fruits mainly from the garden.

It is served with choice of espresso coffee or different varieties of tea, on the terrace by the pool.

Breakfast is included for each person and for each night. It is served between 07:00 and 09:00.

“Ti En-Cas”:

After a nice day of work or discovery of Martinique, you want to rest quietly on your private terrace in your suite of the House Clementine.

Jean-Christophe, chef by profession, will then propose his ti En-Cas:

  • Creole plate: craft pudding, stuffed crab, cod chum, fruit and / or ice cream of the moment
  • Plate of the sea: Local smoked fish, salad, fruits and / or ice cream of the moment

Each plate will be served with its glass of wine and its mineral water flat or sparkling.
